COMPANY POLICIES

Deposit: A deposit will be collected for all reservations made. Any cancelation made less than 48hours DEPOSIT WILL BE NONREFUNDABLE.

Cancellation Policy: ALL CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 48 HOURS WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF DEPOSIT.

Credit Card Policy: All reservations require a major credit card for deposit. Upon completion of services all sales are final and are not subject to a refund.

Gratuity Policy: A customary standard gratuity of 20% will be included in final bill.

Damage Policy: Client is to leave all items that belong to the service provider inside the vehicle in its original condition. Client will be held liable for any damages caused to the vehicle by the fault or negligence of client, its agents, employees or guests.

Smoking Policy: All vehicles are non-smoking. Any smoking in the vehicle will result in a minimum fee of $300 to the credit card on file, and services terminated immediately without refund.

Alcohol Policy & Illegal Substance Policy: Indiana law prohibits minors from consuming alcohol, therefore client agrees that any persons under 21 years of age shall not to consume any alcohol while using Safety NET Transportation. This includes the consumption of alcohol inside or outside of the vehicle. Proper identification is required at all times for all passengers. Client is responsible for not allowing anyone within the rental party, associates, or self to carry or use illegal substances while obtaining service from Safety NET Transportation. No illegal drugs are allowed, if such substances are found service will be terminated immediately without refund.

Lost Items Policy: Safety NET Transportation is not responsible for items left in the vehicle, nor lost or stolen items at any time during or after service.

Parking & Tolls: All tolls, parking, and other fees are the responsibility of the chartering group.

Car Seat Policy: We do not provide child restraint seats. It is the responsibility of a child's parent or caregiver to provide the Child Restraint System when transporting children in vehicles.
